Boutique and women-only gyms have filled a gap the municipal centres were never going to fill. Her Fitness is part of that Berkhamsted pattern: smaller classes, higher fees, a clientele that lives in walking distance of the High Street.

Part of Dacorum’s unofficial outdoor circuit with Little Hay and the Snow Centre. Book ahead for groups. It is a birthday venue as much as an adventure centre.
