Commuter flats in Apsley, family houses in Grovehill, and a village stock that barely turns over.
Apsley and Boxmoor are the commuter-rental core. Hemel neighbourhoods offer more space per pound. Berkhamsted lets quickly and expensively. Village houses are rare enough that they are often let quietly.
Check flooding on the Gade and Bulbourne, parking permits, and whether ‘station walk’ means 4 minutes or 18. Section 21 reform nationally will keep changing the advice; we will update rather than leave a 2023 paragraph to rot.
